► 1 October 2013 - Significant Case Review Report [80kb]
All children have a right to protection from harm and abuse. Glasgow Child Protection Committee has produced this website for children and their families and members of the public to advise them of when and where they can get advice and support.
The website has also been produced for professionals to aid them in understanding their responsibilities in protecting children and young people.
In this section you will be able to find out more about:
When to be concerned about a child
What to do if concerned about a child
Social Care Direct
A range of forms have been developed to enable the public and external agencies to make on-line Social Work referrals. This provides an alternative user friendly option for any external requests being made to Social Care Direct. Once the form is completed and submitted, the information will be sent immediately to Social Care Direct for action.
